Silver Line Elder Transport

We love to talk about our wheelchair van, which is available in the Sarasota/Manatee area of Florida’s Gulf Coast. Driven by uniformed Silver Line staff, our van service takes patients from assisted care facilities to hospital and doctor appointments.

Equipped for wheelchairs and staffed by CNAs, Physical Therapists or EMTs, it serves local assisted care facilities including Plymouth Harbor, Life Care Center of Sarasota, Sarasota Memorial Nursing & Rehabilitation Center, Sunset Lake Health & Rehabilitation Center and Horizon Bay, taking patients to their physicians and Sarasota Memorial Hospital and Doctors Hospital of Sarasota.
